Coming Home to the Body
A Continuum Workshop
Taught by Robin Becker
“The restorative properties of the body are not bound by form.” —Emilie Conrad
As our world gains speed, we have an urgent need to slow down, rest, and listen to the depths of our embodied wisdom. Come learn to work with Continuum and discover restoration from within as you reclaim your ever-present birthright of fluid potential and explore an intimate conversation between the body, the senses, and awareness.
Continuum is a movement practice that recognizes the body as a living model of a biological process. In this program, you recognize, heal, and embrace the many dimensions of your being in a safe and nurturing container held by Robin Becker, an expert teacher in contemplative movement and dance. Through gentle frameworks of breath, sound, and simple movements, you embark on a nourishing flow of renewal and creativity that already exists within yourself.
Continuum informs and benefits all other movement practices, including shiatsu, massage, yoga, dance—and the art of life itself.
Note This program is appropriate and safe for everyone at all movement levels. Participants often report a sense of well-being, increased vitality, and great possibility.
