Movement is the Message and the Messenger of the Universe.
-Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum
During this time of great change, there is a deep longing for peace, as well as a desire for new possibilities to emerge in our lives and our world. We have an urgent need to slow down, rest, and listen to the depths of our embodied wisdom. Continuum is a movement practice that recognizes the body as a living model of a fluid biological process. Come learn to work with this simple yet profound process of Continuum and reclaim your birthright of living a consciously embodied life. Discover the capacity for both deep rest and creative innovation as you explore an intimate conversation between the body, the senses, and awareness.
Becoming aware of the ever-changing river of movement within us can become a reliable touchstone of presence, renewal, wisdom, and inspiration in our lives. In this program, through gentle frameworks of breath, sound, and simple movements, you are invited to experience and embrace the many dimensions of your being in a safe and nurturing container held by Robin Becker, a beloved and highly sought after teacher of contemplative movement in Europe and the United States.
Continuum informs and benefits all other movement practices, including yoga, shiatsu, massage, dance—and the art of life itself.
Note: This program is appropriate and safe for everyone at all movement levels. Participants often report a sense of well-being, increased vitality, inner authority, and great possibility.
