Our deepest connection to life is experienced through our bodies. The body is the heart of our shared humanity, and it carries the roots of our empathy, compassion, and inspired action.
Through the practice of Continuum, we discover resources from within that support us as we meet the changing circumstances of our lives. Skills of inquiry and self-reflection deepen as we expand our sensory awareness of the non-verbal movements of our being, and of our ever-present and sustaining relationship with the larger world.
If you are longing for restoration and renewal, please join me for five days of embodied inquiry and discovery.
This workshop will take place via Zoom. The times of this workshop will be from 9am-12pm EDT (New York City) Monday-Friday. The time for Switzerland and Germany is 3pm-6pm. (15:00-18:00), England 2pm-5pm (14:00-17:00)
Cost: $200 US dollars
